- Insurance Plans — Windsor Continental offers a comprehensive benefits program for employees and their families. The program includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care, and employee assistance programs.
- Paid Leave — Eligible employees accrue paid vacation leave each pay period. This provides paid time off for vacation, personal business and short-term illness. Accrual rates vary, based upon years of service with the Company.
- Holidays — Windsor is sensitive to the needs of our employees and strives to provide an opportunity for personal choice in the celebration of holidays. Windsor provides 10 holidays each calendar year.

- Savings Plans 401(k) — Windsor offers a full-featured 401(k) savings plan administered through Hartford Retirement Plan Solutions that provides over 25 different investment options. The company’s contribution matches 75% of the employees’ contribution up to 8% with a three year vesting schedule.
