Press ReleaseFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Windsor Continental Corporation wins Technical Support Services Task Order Arlington, VA; April 1, 2008 – Windsor Continental Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a $18.376 Million dollar task order, under the Navy’s Seaport-e contract, from the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), St. Inigoes, MD. This award covers technical support services in the analysis, development, and application of leading-edge Automatic Identification Technology (AIT). With its teaming partners, BearingPoint (NYSE: BE); LMI; Enterprise Engineering Inc. (EEI); Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH); and Compass Systems, the Windsor team brings unique experience, capabilities, and commitment to the program. Assisting NAVAIR, the Windsor team will provide systems engineering services to develop new AIT systems as well as to enhance existing AIT systems or augment existing business processes through the integration of AIT both ashore and afloat. “The key to the Windsor team organization is the on-site program management organization that has been established to effectively direct the technical performance of all task assignments, as well as meeting the contractual and administrative requirements of the effort,” stated Peg Grayson, president of Windsor Continental. “Many members of the project team have been supporting the NAVAIR AIT effort for several years, adding to the stability of the operation and the ability of personnel to continue to perform at a high standard to meet our customer’s expectations.
